What a great Saturday as once again the CityServe team of volunteers (approximately 60 people) from Life Church, C3 Merewether and the community rocked up to Townsend Oval, Mitchell Park to sand and paint the grandstand, all the seats surrounding the oval, cleaning and painting walls and doors of both change rooms, toilets, showers, Gatehouse and generally making the Park look amazingly fresh!

It was a huge team effort and getting to speak to some of the community members, they were extremely grateful and appreciative of what cityserve has achieved in their community.

The teamwork was so tight, we even finished two hours earlier than we expected. It was a fantastic day and a lot of fun.
