Macquarie Life Church undertook 2 CityServe projects this year, Ulinga Oval at Cardiff South and Neegulbah Park at Macquarie Hills. We had about 30 volunteers, across the 2 projects, who were involved in gardening, painting and general tidying up of the parks. Our volunteers got ‘stuck in’ to the tasks and enthusiastically worked to complete the projects on the day.
As a church it was great to be involved in projects that are right in the ‘backyard’ of our church. …
