CityServe is a unique initiative that embraces collaborative working partnerships between council, business and community organisations to benefit the community.

In 2012 in collaboration with churches across the region CityServe was established. Since that time hundreds of CityServe projects have been completed by thousands of volunteers. This has not only resulted in public parks, schools and other community facilities being given a ‘facelift’ but positive community partnerships. ¬†

CITYSERVE 2017

ABOUT CITYSERVE LAKE MACQUARIE

Thank you to all the volunteers, businesses, churches and clubs who participated in CityServe 2017. Hundreds of volunteers have been mobilised, tonnes of earth and mulch distributed, grounds cleared of weeds, gardens created, community, school and childcare centers painted and cleaned.

“A special thank you to LMCC Mayor Kay Fraser, Community Planning Project Officer, Brad Smith and the CityServe Project Coordinators. It is your leadership that has brought the community together in this great collaborative partnership for the benefits of all.”

RICK PROSSER, CITYSERVE CHAIRMAN
